distribution facilities in Grapevine,
Texas, Perth Amboy, N. J., and Los
Angeles as well as design, development, and manufacturing operations in China, Brazil, and Mexico.
VIRA Insight will be led by Jeff
Jones, CEO, Nick Farinola, president, and Kevin Esposito, CFO.
Vic Romano and Peter Rozes,
the respective founders of VIRA
and Insight, will continue with
VIRA Insight as EVPs of operations.
