THE 2015 A.R.E. DESIGN AWARDS celebrated
adventures in retail from around the world on March 24
with an awards presentation in Las Vegas that showcased
winning projects from nine countries.
A record number of entries from six continents made for
a stiff competition this year. Our judges had their work cut
out for them. They awarded projects that demonstrated the
highest caliber of work.
In a ceremony emceed by corporate presenter and narrator
Heather Burdette, 68 awards were announced, including
the Store of the Year, Fixture of the Year, Visual Presentation
of the Year, Sustainable Project of the Year, and Individual
Element awards. This year’s Design Awards also introduced
Gold and Silver to the winners’ circle, replacing the Grand
Prize and Outstanding Merit awards, respectively, of previous years.
