Four Points Installations Inc. We
recently completed a full-store fixture
installation in New York City in under 24
hours. Working with the general contractor and a great project team, we managed
to open the store on time and exceeded all
expectations.
Axis Global Logistics A major retailer
wanted help figuring out how to reuse and
move reusable stock. We set up a plan to
decentralize product for this client in six
locations on one WMS platform throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The
program has been running for over a year
now and is working flawlessly.
Prime Retail Services On a project
for our office supply retailer, we aided with
plan submittal and permit expediting,
helped to negotiate landlord/lease issues,
provided ADA expertise leading to ADA
signoffs, and consulted with the client’s
design group regarding plan changes and
elevations—all leading to keeping the project on schedule.
Installation Solutions We recently
completed a high-end general contract-
ing and fixture installation that was very
complex. The client’s had high expectations
with no room for error. We were able to pull
together multiple trades in a short amount
of time. Communicating to the client every
step of the way allowed us to manage
expectations and deliver exactly what they
wanted.
Specialized Transportation Inc.
(STI) For a large retailer, STI helped maximize load by padwrapping fixtures instead
of using skidding. In addition, we optimized packaging, sequencing, and supply
chain engineering to maximize the number
of fixtures loaded per truck.
Granger Contracting & N-STORE
Services A partner was challenged with
a national rollout of shop-in-shop installa-
tions inside a major department store—a
project outside of their realm and capabili-
ties. We offered innovative solutions, helped
ease the chaos, and rolled out an organized
and efficient plan with seamless execution
across the nation. We met their needs and
exceeded their expectations by being a
dynamic resource to distinctive challenges.
The Beam Team Store level issues often
arise after a project is set up and ready
to launch. Sometimes they are straight-
forward issues like gaining store access
or the store management having a clear
understanding of project scope and time-
lines. During a recent rollout for a project
with a national retail chain, we encountered
these same issues. After a call to the corpo-
rate offices, local district management was
able to talk to each store to assure that the
Beam Team received the support needed to
assure a successful implementation.
Flexecution Inc. We recently com-
pleted a national rollout of over 8,000
7-Eleven stores in eight months. In addition
to performing site surveys, we installed and
merchandised a fixture system designed to
display candy and snacks at the checkout.
Our service, together with that of the fix-
ture and logistics providers, prompted the
global vice president of convenience, spe-
cialty, and food service of the Hershey Co.
Another piece of advice: Deal with store-level issues from the beginning to ensure successful installation.
