for Ann Inc. The retailer’s procurement
senior manager, Scott Gould, cites a recent
marketing campaign project with budgetary and schedule challenges.
“We needed to roll out frames to the
entire chain in eight weeks,” he recalls.

helped solve our logistics
requirements for the project.

Ace resolve an issue for Ralph Lauren last
fall, eliciting an Above & Beyond nomi-
nation from Paul Hardy, senior director
of retail development for Ralph Lauren
“We shipped a few units of a project
to wrong locations—totally our fault.
They worked to unravel our mistake and
get them to the right locations,” Hardy
says. Ace worked with the logistics team
to bring the 30 units of acrylic pieces
back, fixed those that had been damaged
in transit, and sent them to the right
