Bio-Glass is made from 100 percent recycled glass from bottles and stemware gathered from recycling centers. It is 100
percent recyclable and available in white,
light green, dark green, blue, and brown—
colors are true to their source; no colorants
or epoxies are added to Bio-Glass. The
material can be used for countertops, partitions, facades, and other decorative surfaces. The layers of compressed glass create
unique patterns through which light permeates. Bio-Glass is available in slabs, 110
by 50 by ¾ inches. The hard, non-porous

The company’s newest palm, a Royal Palm
Tree, is made of natural canvas fabric in a
neutral palette. The company’s palms and
botanicals, intended for window and store
displays, use no synthetic materials—only
natural fibers and sustainable woods, the
company says, with a high content of recycled materials.
A growing number of U.S. cities and coun-
ties have already banned poly bags and
specified that 40 percent PCW paper bags
must be used by retailers. Traditionally,
PCW substrates have been dull in color and
high-resolution graphics or solid color art-
work have been difficult to print on them.
To demonstrate that this does not have to
be the case, Progress Luv2Pak produced a
high 40 percent PCW giveaway show bag
for GlobalShop 2013 (shown). The bag is
100 percent recyclable and is made with
PEFC-certified paper that contains 40 per-
cent PCW. It is coated with low-VOC UV,
which looks and feels like traditional gloss
lamination, but is 100 percent recyclable.
