Presented with a vague preliminary concept but a very specific goal—to present M. A.C.’s collection of false yelashes in an innovative way—
The Bernard Group worked on a tight time-line to make a modular fixture system that
would be functional, cost-effective, and
could be manufactured. In M.A.C.’s Fifth
Avenue flagship, the lash bar fills a two-by-six-foot wall space, but the concept needed
to be modular and able to work in a variety
of spaces ranging from walls to towers.
Providing design, engineering, and proj-
ect management services for the project,
the Bernard Group developed a fixture
that displays 36 different lash SKUs, each
in a self-contained clear case that features
a backlit “eye beauty shot” graphic, says

printed graphics are removable for easy
