UVMax® UV-cured powder coated wood
component products use 100 percent
recycled, SFI-certified MDF and are CARB
compliant. The company says that its UV
finishing process requires just 20 minutes
from raw MDF to ready-to-ship parts,
delivering 40 to 60 percent energy savings
compared to other finishing processes.
UV-cured powder coating, with zero VOCs,
may also contribute to LEED credits.

The company introduces a recyclable
Collapsible Paper Snowflake. The snowflake
pictured has a wood veneer finish, can be
hung or be displayed freestanding, and is
available in various sizes, finishes, and colors. In addition, it is designed to ship flat.

A bright white rigid media, “conVerd Board”
is appropriate for hanging signage, indoor
P-O-P, custom packaging, and displays.
Available in 3mm, 4mm, and 6mm thick-nesses, conVerd Board offers a greener
alternative to PVC and foam boards. The
board is made with 10 percent post-consumer waste and is fully recyclable, biodegradable, and renewable. The product
achieved independent certification of recy-clability through the North Carolina State
University-School of Wood and Paper
Science, as well as being FSC and Rainforest
